There is an expansive view north from the owners’ lounge at Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center looking out over a vast concrete surface parking ocean, 22,000 spaces in all. A Comcast Spectacor employee would see major potential in the northwest corner of the complex, 63 acres of which Comcast Spectacor, owner of Wells Fargo Center and the Flyers, has development rights to and plans to turn into a mixed-use development in the coming years.
