The Vehicle Upgrade is a gamepass grants the player to access the colors to all owned vehicles, speed upgrade to 70 mph on all street owned vehicles, and speed upgrade to small vehicles such as skateboards, to 35 mph. If the player has the Premium Gamepass, they wouldn't need to buy this gamepass as they will get access to this gamepass. It is the cheapest gamepass in the game.
