Heya good evening how do I unlink my MS account from mobile and use it on my PlayStation and unlink the MS account currently “used” on PlayStation it's getting confusing and frustrating

Cant login to my Microsoft account on bedrock for ps4. It tells that my account is connected with another psn Id but that id is the one I'm logged in on.
