Twice Profile Twice began their career after the 9 members were selected from 16 contestants in the TV program sixteen. Soon after the show they released their first EP The Story Begins. Their 2016 single Cheer Up won Song of the Year at the Melon Music Awards and Mnet Music Awards. Twice were also honoured with being the highest selling girl group that same year.
