The Smiler is a tall, bony, humanoid figure with a skeleton-like figure. It is distinguished by its extremely dark skin and glowing eyes. It lacks facial features besides white eyes. Feet and fingers are also missing. Smilers appear to be a more advanced version of the Spider Smiler, being the first instant of two different creatures of the same species. Smilers hide in areas with low light, such as the dark areas of Level 0. Once catching sight of any wanderer, they will chase them until losing
