Growing up Otto threw all his efforts into his education and always came top of his classes. All his hard work paid off then he was accepted at MIT and later graduated with a Ph.D in Nuclear Physics. After school Otto became a brilliant and well respected atomic research consultant. One day he was hired to present a lecture on Nuclear Physics at Marvel.
