Level ! is the sixth level of the game, in the level you run down a long hospital hallway while avoiding many obstacles and being faster than the smiler and partygoers behind you. This level is a long wide hallway. It seems to be a hospital on lockdown. It has red flashing exit signs and a blaring alarm sound that won’t stop making noise. There’s obstacles in your way like hospital beds and chairs and things falling from the ceiling. The level takes 28.7-33 seconds to beat. Partygoers and Smiler
