Puzzle Rush, High Score not updating - Chess Forums

I got a 50 in Puzzle Rush - Survival, yet my high score in my profile does not reflect that. It also shows that I scored 50 in my puzzle history timeline. Is this common? How can I get it fixed?I worked toward a 50 for years. It means a lot to me.
