Puppet Combo game textures. - Paint.NET Discussion and Questions - paint.net Forum

If you know Puppet Combo you know their games have pixelated textures, how can I make the materials and pixelate them on paint.net (the only editing program I have)? Should I take pictures of real life objects? Should I search stock photos?
