Pewter City is a city located in northwestern Kanto. The most notable resident of the city is Brock, a Rock-type expert and the Leader of the Pewter Gym. The city has two exits. To the east is Route 3, leading to Route 4 and Mt. Moon. To the south is Route 2, leading to Viridian City.
