Paralyzed rats walk again in Swiss lab study

Scientists have restored full movement to rats paralyzed by spinal cord injuries in a study using electrical and chemical stimulation. While it's unclear if a similar technique could help people with similar injuries,  it may hint at new ways of treating paralysis.
