Moltres (ファイヤー, Faiyaa) is a Fire/Flying-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It is part of the Kanto Legendary Birds, along with Articuno and Zapdos. In Generation VIII, exclusive to the Crown Tundra, Moltres has a Galarian Form that is a Dark/Flying type. Moltres is a large, avian Pokémon with golden plumage similar to that of the Phoenix.
