Mike Schur and Shea Serrano have announced their new series, Primo, which will come to IMDb TV. The series is based on Serrano's upbringing in San Antonio, being raised by a single mother and five uncles. Schur's comedy, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, wrapped this fall.
