Cross-Check Marking Paste (Yellow): We have been using a product called Torque-Seal for many years now on all of our bikes. Torque Seal is known as an "inspectors anti-sabotage lacquer" or in other words, its marking paint. It's a very simple and effective way to ensure important bolts are not working themselves loose, like sprocket bolts for example. You use it by marking a small line of product across a portion of the nut, to surface the nut sits against. This way, during your pre-ride bike inspection; -all you have to do is look at the marks. If they are not separated, you know that bolt has not moved. The company who manufactured Torque-Seal has unfortunately gone out of business, however the product line has been replaced and improved by Dykem. Therefore, we are now offering Dykem "Cross-Check" as an inexpensive yet helpful product to mark your bolts. We offer this product in several colors, and what's really cool is they all glow brightly under a black-light! (*except pink) Its great for your shifter bolt, triple clamp bolts, sprocket bolts, - any bolt you've ever had come loose. It's also great for automotive, mechanical, art projects or many other uses!
